Episode 54: We Redpill QAnon

Welcome back to Conversation on Tap! 

In this episode, Jose interviewed David Lafferty, a contributor to Where Peter Is. For the intro and outro, Jose is joined by his tocayo Jose Segura, who has been on the show many times! 

But, first, Jose and Jose chat about conspiracy theories, such as the moon landing, Covid-19, and the JFK assassination. Afterward, they chat about what they have on tap. 

For their FRED Talks, Jose talked about freedom, while Jose talked about the movement to canonize Carlos Acutis, the first would-be patron saint of the internet.

In the main segment, Jose was joined by David Lafferty to discuss QAnon. They talked about the origin of QAnon and how their first major conspiracy-- Pizzagate-- went disastrously wrong. David also spoke about the disgraced and discredited archbishop Vigano, who wrote a QAnon inspired letter to Trump. The discussion also looks forward to the future of QAnon and their waning influence with each failed prediction. It's an engaging and fun discussion!

In the final segment, Jose and Ramon talked about what they have been watching: Jose watched Eurovision on Netflix, while Jose watched The Expanse on Amazon Prime.
